Moving forward, the Ad Optimizer will clearly indicate when campaign creatives have been rejected by moderation. A message will appear in the status column of the Campaigns table, stating "Creative rejected."
For more detailed information regarding the rejection, please refer to the campaign details by clicking on the campaign name. There you will find the status and the description of the policy violation(s). To access additional information regarding the violating contents, please use the "More details" link to see the rejection details in code format. This information pertains to either one or more of the following: text (headline), logo, or custom image.
Filter Option
The new "Creative rejected" filter allows you to locate all campaigns with rejected creatives in the campaign table.
Notifications
To ensure prompt awareness of new creative rejections, our new notification filter, "New creative rejected," enables swift identification within the Ad Optimizer. You will also receive this information via daily e-mail notifications if you have registered for our "Morning Brief."
