How to read the notification bar below the graph
In the campaigns tab under the chart you find a bar with different notifications. These highlight different aspects of performance which should be checked.
By clicking on a notification, the campains table shows the corresponding campaign so you can immediately adapt settings there. You will find explanations for the different notifications for a better understandin below:
Name | Description |
Campaign (SPA / SBA) without Target ACOS | The Target ACOS is missing for some campaign(s). Set a target ACOS. |
Sponsored Brand campaign not active | Sponsored Brand campaign(s) not running. Please have a look in the Amazon Advertising Console. |
Sponsored Brand campaign rejected | Sponsored Brand campaign(s) got rejected. Check the reason, edit, and re-submit the campaign. |
Active budget period with no active campaigns | At least one budget period without active campaigns. Create or activate campaigns. |
Budget period missing | At least one portfolio is without an active budget period. Create budget period(s). |
Upcoming budget period missing | At least one portfoliohas no budget set for the period after the current one. Create budget(s) for upcoming period(s) or campaigns will be paused. |
Campaigns missing start date | Some campaign(s) miss a start date and thus cannot be optimized. This happens when a campaign is created in Amazon Advertising Console. Please set a start date. |
Campaign not active | Some campaign(s) are not active. There may be an error. Please have a look. |
Portfolio out of budget | Some portfolio(s) are out of budget. Please add extra budget to get your campaigns running again. For more details contact our Customer Service. |
Amazon Advertising Console connection is broken | There is no connection to your Amazon Advertising account, so we cannot manage and show your campaigns. Please (re-)connect to Amazon Advertising Console. |
Add Amazon Advertising Console connection | There is no connection to your Amazon Advertising account, so we cannot manage and show your campaigns. Please (re-)connect to Amazon Advertising Console. |
Deactivated campaigns | Your campaign(s) got deactivated due to payment issue with Amazon. Please check your Amazon invoices. |
Wrong SKU | There are ASINs / campaigns with wrong SKU(s). Please check and correct the SKU(s). |
Portfolio budget running out soon | Your portfolio will be out of budget soon. Please add extra budget to keep your campaigns running. For more details contact our Customer Service. |
Campaign ending soon | The scheduled end date of campaign(s) is due soon. Update the end date, or campaign(s) will be paused. |
Campaign has no keywords | Manual campaign(s) cannot be created since either the keywords are not specified or we could not automatically identify keywords on your behalf. Please add keywords by going to the targeting option in the campaigns tables. |
Portfolio cannot spend budget | Your budget cannot be spent. Please create more campaigns or increase your Target ACOS. |
Portfolio spending more than budget | There are portfolio(s) spending more than the planned budget. This may be due to an error. Please contact our Customer Service. |
Campaign archived externally | Campaign(s) got archived in the Amazon Advertising Console. Please create a new campaign as we cannot re-start an archived campaign. |
Products have no clicks on any campaign | There are products that are not generating clicks on any campaign. Tip: adjust the campaign settings like Target ACOS or add keywords. |
Portfolio could spend more | Some portfolio(s) could spend more and still achieve your Target ACOS. Add budget to capture the full potential. |
New entity onboarded | New advertising entity(ies) have been successfully added to Ad Optimizer. |
Campaign not created | Some campaign(s) could not be created. Please check the campaign status to learn more about the issue. For explanation of the campaign status see Campaign Status: Overview & Differences |
