We’ve completely revised the Product Insights Report to make it more streamlined and focused on the most essential product KPIs, providing you with clearer insights. The updated report now concentrates exclusively on the product KPIs of selected products from your catalog. You can select the products that should be tracked in Product Insights Report from your Product Catalog or use the automated tracking feature to track all your advertised products from Sponsored Ads automatically.

The goal of the Product Insights Report is to help you pinpoint product-related issues that could be impacting your advertising performance, whether through Sponsored Ads or DSP campaigns. These issues might include content updates, negative reviews and ratings, availability issues, or other factors that have a short-term effect on campaign results.

The report at a glance

In the ‘Product Performance’ tab, you'll find key metrics such as “Products in the TOP 100”, “Average star rating”, “Availability”, and “Buybox owner rate”, all aggregated across your selected products. The central table offers a comprehensive overview of your products and their KPIs, while charts below display their progress over time. The new ‘Product Details’ tab delivers in-depth insights at the individual product level.

It indicates how well the product is selling compared to all other products in the same category. The rank represents all sales of a product, i.e. organic and paid and the better the sales rank, the better usually is a products organic visibility.
