With this release, we introduce the new "Default TACOS" feature, which allows you to define a predefined TACOS for each of your metoda-managed portfolios*. The “Default TACOS” will be automatically applied to all new campaigns you create in the Amazon Advertising Console as soon as they are loaded into the Ad Optimizer. This means that campaigns can be optimized immediately, even if an individual campaign TACOS has not yet been set.

If a campaign TACOS is set, the default TACOS is not taken into account for the optimization.

*A metoda-managed portfolio is created in Ad Optimizer with defined budget periods.
