Transferring campaigns (SPA and SBA) into new portfolio is not possible. Due to complex budget handeling, you need to:

  1. Pause the existing campaign in the current portfolio
  2. Setup a new campaign in the desired portfolio

When setting up the new campaign, we adopt all campaign settings such as bids and keywords from the "transferred" campaign. This way we can ensure that the new campaign in the new portfolio already starts with optimized settings, which has a positive effect on performance.

1. Pause the existing campaign (SPA):

For transferring ASINs to another portfolio you need to go to ad-optimiser.metoda.com, click on "SPONSORED PRODUCTS" in the sidebar:

There you will see an overview of all existing SPA campaigns and in which portfolio they are running:

In order to transfer an ASIN to another portfolio you have to pause the existing SPA campaign by setting an end date. Select the desired campaign and click on "EDIT PRODUCTS". Set the end date and click on "SAVE":

2. Setup a new campaign in the desired portfolio

First of all, make sure the desired portfolio is already created and has an active budget period. See: How to setup a Portfolio in Ad Optimiser
